About Morgan
Hi there, and welcome!
I am Morgan, the owner, creator, and coach that makes up Morgan Hoskins Wellness, LLC!
I’m an online coach with a passion for helping others feel and look their best. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2018 when I began personal training at my university rec center. After graduating with my degree in exercise science, I spent a year training in a commercial gym setting. I soon after realized the lack of whole person attention that personal trainers are able to give to their clients, so I decided to look for other ways I could help people transform their lives with exercise and nutrition.
Since then, I have earned several different continuing education certifications including becoming a certified nutrition coach. I truly value education and being able to pass that knowledge to my clients during their journey.
Personally, I have always had the itch to compete. I have competed in several 10k races & sprint triathlons, an olympic weightlifting competition, and most recently became a nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor.
I specialize in lifestyle changes, body recomposition, strength goals, and nutrition in women and men who are ready to make a change.
My goal with all of my clients is to find joy in a fitness routine that helps them reach their goals. Each person should be viewed as an individual and prescribed exercise & nutrition as an individual - which is why I emphasise whole person fitness.
